Roedean, East Sussex – Modern Coastal House with indoor pool

This Modern glass house is set into the chalk cliff overlooking Brighton Marina.  800 tonnes of chalk were removed to create the rear terrace and covered swimming pool. Generous steps lead from this to the upper garden and fields beyond. The front garden is also Modern with a raised square of lawn, set into the limestone paved drive with textured limestone infills.
