River Cottage Project

New country house with stable block – Portlaoise, Ireland

This delightful client wanted to create Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage experience!  Integration of the various elements of this property; which included a large vegetable garden, safe areas for young children, stable block with menage, and ten acre meadow with lake required the use of carefully selected planting to channel views into the stunning Irish countryside and create division between the areas where necessary.
